Today, the HTM Stampi group benefits from the collaboration of 50 highly specialized employees<\/b>, operating across a total area of 9,500 sqm<\/b>. Of this, 900 sqm are dedicated to mold construction, 1,400 sqm to molding, and a substantial 6,600 sqm to assembly and storage, in addition to modern office and showroom spaces.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We utilize latest generation software like Visicad for 3D design and Visiflow for fill simulation, ensuring total process control from the earliest stages. In our mold construction department, we operate with 8 high-speed 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines (up to 3000x1500x1000mm) and both wire and plunge EDM systems.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Our molding department boasts 17 presses ranging from 90 to 1500 tons, equipped with robots and advanced technologies such as sequential hot runners, high-speed injection, nitrogen-assisted injection (gas-assisted injection), and in-mould decals.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
