Mold Design and Construction

We manufacture high-precision molds for medium series or prototypes, in steel or aluminum, utilizing advanced technologies such as 5-axis milling machines and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining).

Technopolymer Molding

With 17 presses and cutting-edge systems, we handle high-speed, bi-component molding, featuring sequential hot runners and technical materials, including ABS for chrome plating and painting.

Assembly & Finishing

We offer complete supply chain management, providing assembled parts with surface finishes such as painting or chrome plating, ready for use.

Quality Control & Project Management

Every phase is rigorously followed, from fill simulation to 3D part inspection, with a dedicated Project Manager to ensure timelines and specifications.

Rapid Prototyping
