Software
The molding department, spanning 1400 sqm, is the pulsating heart of plastic component production. With the capacity to handle molds up to 10 tons, we utilize 17 state-of-the-art presses, with tonnages ranging from 90 to 1500 tons, all equipped with robots to optimize the production cycle.
We are experts in advanced molding techniques:
- Material Logistics: Centralized system for material transport and dehumidification, ensuring optimal polymer conditions.
- Sequential Hot Runners and High-Speed Injection: For precise material flow control and efficient production.
- Gas Assisted Injection: To reduce tensions and deformations, resulting in more robust and lighter parts.
- In-Mould Decoration (IMD): To integrate graphic or decorative elements directly into the molding, ensuring superior durability and aesthetic quality.

Mold Construction Department
In our mold construction department, spanning 900 sqm, artisanal craftsmanship meets the most advanced technology. We are capable of manufacturing complex and large molds (up to 10 tons), ensuring minimal tolerances and impeccable finishes.
Our capabilities include:
- High-Speed CNC Milling Machines: We have 8 CNC milling machines with 3 and 5 axes, for extremely precise and fast machining.
- Electro-erosion (EDM): Wire and sinker EDM systems for complex details and tight tolerances.
- Grinding: For flat surfaces and precise profiles.
- Types of Molds: We specialize in molds for medium series production (made of hardened steel or aluminum) and prototype molds (primarily in aluminum), to meet every production need.
Our assembly and storage department, spanning 6600 sqm, completes the value chain. We manage the entire supply chain for assembled parts, offering turnkey solutions.
